May Statewide Meeting: Influencing Boards of Elections

While BOEs don’t set policy, their role in implementation and local influence makes their position critical. Campaign experience shows that when Boards of Elections are neutral or supportive, efforts to advance Ranked Choice Voting are far more likely to succeed.
