I am a supporter of Ranked Choice Voting. But I believe RCV should follow a single open primary replacing the separate party primaries. Otherwise independents and voters not aligned with a party in Ohio will not be able to vote for all candidates in the primary, and the multiple candidates moving to the General Election will likely be chosen by the extreme partisans registered in each party. Are Open Primaries a part of the Rank the Vote Ohio proposition?
