    Efforts such as Ranked Choice Voting are a democratic means of ensuring that Representatives stay receptive and interested and attentive to the interests of the people that they represent.


    Suppressing the right of local governments to govern themselves and their local elections is an undemocratic move that slides us closer to a state of tyranny under minority rule. This bill is is un-American. This bill is pro-tyranny.


    Please, do not support tyranny.


    We are Americans.


    Please believe and uphold the democratic principles under which our nation was forged.

    Sign to Oppose SB 63 and Protect Home Rule for Ohio Communities

    Regardless of how we feel about Ranked Choice Voting, we are opposed to SB 63 violating Local Home Rule. Ohio's charter cities have a constitutional right to decide for themselves if RCV or other election methods are more appropriate for our communities than pick-one, plurality-wins elections.
